VOW had the opprtunity to attend this week long training. It was a very intense week. Waking up early to be in class by 8:30 am to 8:30 pm everyday was challenging. But the lessons learned and the stories that were being told was so powerful and beautiful we didn`t want to be late for class. We learned how to turn your weaknesses into strengths and how to improve your strengths. We brought these tools home and began to build the organization into a force to be reckon with.
